Cancellation/Changes to bookings: 

Your credit card details will be used to secure your booking, but no charges will be made until you arrive unless a deposit is agreed to at the time of booking. No service charge will be applied when paying with a credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations: Except for stays between the dates shown below, cancellation or alteration to your booking up to 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur a penalty. However, cancellations or alterations less than 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a cancellation/alteration fee equal to the amount of the booking’s first night accommodation. 

Exceptions: If your stay falls within the period from 23rd December to 31st of January (inclusive) or from Good Friday to Easter Monday (inclusive) cancellation or alteration must be received up to 14 days prior to check-in to avoid any penalty. Cancellations/alterations received less than 14 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation/alteration fee equal to the amount of 3 nights booking’s accommodation.

While we have increased our cleaning and hygiene practices, responsibility for your own health and hygiene remains with you. 

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is strictly by 10am. Please note if arriving after 5pm, we will contact you via SMS on the mobile phone number provided with your booking for check in details.

Requirements Upon Check-In: 
You may be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity.

A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by us to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.

If any other person is checking in on behalf of the registered guest, we will require prior notice of persons name for security purposes.

Right of Refusal.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person if we believe that person is not the same person either named on the booking request, named on the credit card or authorized to use the credit card. In addition, a booking may be refused if we believe the person may not be able to pay the charges that will be incurred, may cause damage to property of the motel or other guests, exhibits socially unacceptable behaviour, is younger than 18 years of age, or gave fraudulent or misleading information when making the booking.

Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odour which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, curtains  and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, incense, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of essential oils or synthetic products in the rooms.  If smoking is detected in the room a fee of $300 will apply.

Apartments
Please note Apartments are not serviced during your stay.  If you do require fresh towels, please advise reception between 9am-5pm.  If you are staying longer than 7 days sheets will be changed on all beds used. Facilities are available to wash and pack away dishes. It is expected apartments will be left in a similar state to arrival or a fee of $150 may apply.
